The equinox has now passed, so the northern hemisphere has now entered autumn/fall, with less sunlight than the southern hemisphere; a time of dying for photosynthesisers in the north; such as butterflies and leaves; who rely on the sun’s energy for life. So, the Dead Poet’s Society has awoken…
Sometimes when looking for UFOs
I see distant swifts or swallows
initially disappointed I wonder why
I’m looking for alien metals in sky
when our world’s full of natural hallows.

Sleep is the great equaller,
sandpiper, cheetah, tarantula;

Clouded: creates everchanging coves, fjords, lakes, lochs; slow motion!
Don’t just reach for the sky: dive in;
for its depth is neverending!

Only look up high,
admire those who fly,
thankful sun lights sky,

Deep mind diving, navigating by sun,
shapes obscuring star, shallows cloud surface,
time transparent space, regain knowledge place.
Lights brighten dark wilderness nights, fires heat cold sunless days…
but Earth’s still better off without our trashy ways!

We do things for reward, either pleasure or ambition.
If we’re getting either or both, we keep doing them.
Then, at a time perhaps unnoticed, it becomes natural.
Sunshine snow,
candyfloss glow,
crepuscular confetti grotto…

If I ever had white privilege,
I ignored it to inspire greener global village,

Did this photo in a MSN article inspire the first creation of cat art being called C-A-R-T? I just did a quick search and didn’t find it being used.
The greenYgrey abstraction also inspired me to notice cart features in the middle of abs-TRAC-t… backwards!
